2. ...Got to be kidding with this question. I pressed the play button, it started to load and crashed when it got to loading the language file.
3. ...After that, I have to spend an hour answering all these stupid questions. Just look at the start up log.

Please attach crash reports in the future to tickets about a crash. That's an interesting start-up log that doesn't actually exist.
