[MC-241984] Screaming Goats take no damage from Netherite Armor with Thorns III Enchant

Hello
I discovered this feature when, just for fun, I decided to check which mob is the most resistant to the spell on thorns III, but since the screaming goat can be spawned on command, I can not confidently say that I found a bug and for this I would like to know this is a bug or so it is conceived game developers?
