Shift + 1 doesn't work

For some reason, I can't open typing "!" in Minecraft 1.17.1

Pressing "Shift + 1" this generates the symbol "!". But for some reason, I can't use it anymore.
But, this only happens if I am on Minecraft Java. In any other application, this does NOT happen.
