I was testing out a new skin i made and decided to teleport to a frozen peaks to take a screenshot when i saw this i didnt do any tinkering with the world nor game files

I don't really see any issue here. Unless this happens frequently? But a single occasion of this biome occuring in this shape is not really a bug.
why is it invalid, shouldn't it be a duplicate like MC-242340?
it is a duplicate of MC-236907 or MC-240065?
