[MC-242456] Leaves on birch trees do not generate 1.18 Pre-release 5

Leaves on birch trees do not generate in the distance. Leaves are not visible, but generate normally when approaching a tree.

What I expected to happen was...:
The leaves will generate correctly
What actually happened was...:
Leaves on birch trees do not generate

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Seed: -7490946853510639735
2. Look at trees on Render Distance 14

From your screenshot this looks more like a graphical glitch rather than a world gen issue.
