[MC-242493] Piglins don't become passive when their crossbow breaks.

I know Pillagers become passive when their crossbow breaks, so why don't piglins do the same? Just curious. I think this happens on both Java and Bedrock

Reason: Pillagers don't have a meelee attack, so they don't know how to attack without a crossbow. Piglins meanwhile are able to spawn with a sword and know how to use it.
