[MC-242596] When opening a door and closing it sometimes only bottom will appear

When you open and close a door fast, after a while the door will appear split in half for a second. It will do this randomly but it will do it almost every time.

Steps to reproduce:

Place a door
Open and close it really fast
If the glitch doesn't happen do it again. Eventually the door will appear in half for a second.

Observed results: the door will appear in half for a second every once and a while

Expected results: the door will appear normal
