[MC-242698] Redstone Repeater Switch is now bedrock texture

I was playing with my friend, in a multiplayer world.

And somehow a redstone repeater, the speed changer texture changed into bedrock whenever its connect to the sticky piston.

This is an intended feature called Repeater Lock, and it is a duplicate of the MC-4449.
