First and foremost, this is what the launcher spits at me when the crash happens:

The log file I will be presenting does have mods active. However, this crash has happened without ANY mods installed nor any mod loader being active and has caused my PC to black-screen and freeze until I hold down the tower's power button to force it to turn off. The source of these crashes seems to come from watching Youtube videos while the game is on the startup loading screen though I can't seem to pinpoint any specific video or timestamp that would cause the crash.

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
