[MC-243601] Floating Portal Ruin (structures in general)

I found many floating structures when exploring worlds in 1.18, and one of them is the portal ruin.

Yes, the floating structure is obviously a problem, but the one that happens when you upgrade has already been reported. So in that case this would be a duplicate.
