Exact same issue as what is described in MC-227913.
This error still persists on both realms and servers, across a variety of different setups and computer specs.

Yep, it is. Community support doesn't seem to believe the issue exists and the original issue was marked as resolved. I do understand it can be annoying when people create duplicate issues, but I would consider this a reasonable case, as the original issue has apparently been fixed, making this a new one.
