The problems of luminous octopuses

Hello. As we know, glowing octopuses spawn in caves. But they do not spawn like ordinary octopuses - they can spawn even on 1x1 blocks. So, I tried to create a super-flat world with the coordinates of the caves and I see the following picture: the attack of the poor villagers by hordes of glowing octopuses! I think if it occurs to me to build a chic house with a pool in the caves, then I will relax with the octopus guests 🙂

On different screenshots I showed 2 types of spawn: 1) spawn of glowing octopuses; 2) Spawn of ordinary octopuses, which, in fact, cannot be.
