I bought the java edition for the pc and when installing I always get an error message.

Try downloading the other launcher the Windows 7/8 one at 

https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download

It's a duplicate of MCL-20158, but it's probably caused by using a new launcher, so please refer to the comments above!
