if you jump on or run into lectern it starts to shake your screen like if you are constantly falling

Please record a video of this happening and attach it to this report.
If you are on Windows, you can use Windows+Alt+R to open a built-in app for recording game footage.
If you are on Mac (Mojave or later), you can use Shift+Command+5 to open a built-in app for recording your screen.

I found, that it hapens to me only on one server on which i am playing, not in siglepalyer, so i am not realy sure, if it is vanilla isue, or paper isue, i would gues, it is paper isue, or it might be some plugin, which we have there, but it looks like this: https://youtu.be/Ey1nr1FX3bI

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
