[MC-245433] Items can´t be enchanted using 3 lapis in a enchanting table, bookshelfs don´t work.

When an enchanting table is being used, it doesn´t show the third level, and i noticed bookshelfs don´t work for enchanting table either.

I'm guessing, since it's snowing, that it's probably caused by the snow, please refer to MC-2474
