Crop fields generation cut through Village path and houses

Crop field generation has replaced the bottom layer of the house, as well as the footpath.

As a result:

1) half of the bed is missing (later popped out, without dropping itself - maybe villager tried to use it) 

2) water is floating, without support on the side, where the path drops down a block.

3) blocks of the house are missing
