[MC-245506] items disappearing when dropped in creative mode

You need to be in creative for it to work.
1)open your inventory
2)hover over a stack of stone or grass blocks(havent tried with anything else yet)
3)hold down the drop key

the amount of blocks you then pick up will be significantly less(usualy 13 or less for me) and in 1.8 they will completely disappear

also tryed in 1.8 1.12 1.16 1.17 1.17.1 1.18
(saying this because I could only chose between 1.18.1 and 'future versions')
