[MC-245540] enderman are not attacking my endermite

Some of my enderman are not attacking the endermite. I don't know why but its not a problem for my big enderman farm but I would like it if it was fixed.

Maybe try to test an enderman and endermite close to each other (no minecart or anything), If that problem doesn't solve, try to download your world to singleplayer.

The other enderman in the attached image seem to be aggressive towards the endermite. Was it only those two which weren't aggressive?
