[MC-245616] When the trapdoor in an igloo spawns with air below the room under it wont spawn

if an igloo spawns in a way in which its trapdoor has air below it the structure that is supposed to be under the igloo wont spawn

the world seed that I found it in is 840545941 and the cords are 826 119 630
