[MC-245689] Title and subtitle remains when switching from server to singleplayer world

The bug occurs when the player is active on a server, getting a title on your screen (like when going afk on hypixel like in the included images) and disconnects. when the player later logs in to a single player world the title remains and won' t leave until the player either connects to a server again or relaunches the game.
