Possible Jungle biome related stutter

Hello, when playing survival in a bamboo jungle biome i noticed some stuttering at certain exacts spots, so i decided to investigate a bit and here is what i found.

I replicated the stutter in 2 different seeds in 2 different biomes, i found more but uploaded only 2 videos.

The stutter appear when the numbers 0,0 at the end of the Chunks[S] line change to 25,25 only in certain directions

Tried vanilla, no mods no ressource pack, no datapacks, tried with them, same results
