[MC-247022] Crash on autosave

Crashes on autosave 99% of the time. happens on both our computers. the other 1% it hangs until it's done saving then slowly the FPS climb up to normal from 0. Happens with or without optifine.

Please attach a crash report from unmodified, vanilla Minecraft.

Crash reports attached. I've increased the ram to 6gb and reduced the render distance from 20 to 16 and now it takes much longer to crash (an hour instead of 5min)

All crash reports attached to this were generated with OptiFine. Could you please attach one from when you experienced the issue in unmodified Minecraft?
