[MC-24753] Theres a 0.1% chance of a Zombie Pigman Egg spawning a Baby Zombie Pigman [1.6.2]

I expected that it would spawn a normal zombie pigman.
What actually happen was that it spawned a baby zombie pigman.
Step 1.Spam the egg even more than when you in 2.0 try to spawn a diamond chicken!

Working as Intended. Baby Zombies and Baby Zombie Pigmen can now spawn naturally, and from spawn eggs. This was added in 1.6.2.

I just went online to do an update on this issue so it also would tell about the baby zombies and baby zombie villagers.

But with zombies its a 7% as if it was a diamond chicken,
so now we now that baby zombie pigmen are rarest!
