[MC-247819] When i join my friend mc server. i spawn in a void and keep falling and can't do anything.

when i join the server i spawn in a endless void and keep falling. cheats don't work either for example teleporting to the player doesn't work. i tried logging out and in, resetting my network, make a new world. i don't know the problem.

It's a connection problem (technical problem), so I suggest you ask the community support
