I had a zombie trapped in a minecart, had it named and with a helmet on. I went away and unloaded the chunks as I needed to grab rails for my iron farm. When returning, I found the zombie had died, it appears it had burned to death as the rotten flesh was on the ground where the minecart was.

I am unsure if this describes my issue as I was far enough away for the chunks to be unloaded at the time. I will do further testing on the server once I get time as I am about to go to bed for the night. Will update after testing is complete.
Does MC-3453 describe or explain the problem? If not please attach screenshots or video of the issue with the debug screen (F3) enabled.
