The Bug:

The "Received passengers for unknown entity" warning is sometimes logged when a player joins a world whilst other players are riding entities.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Get two players and label them "Player A" and "Player B".

• Have "Player A" place down and enter a boat.

• Get "Player B" to reload into the world.

• Get "Player B" to check their logs.

• Take note as to whether or not the "Received passengers for unknown entity" warning is sometimes logged when a player joins a world whilst other players are riding entities.

Observed Behavior:

The "Received passengers for unknown entity" warning is logged.

Expected Behavior:

The "Received passengers for unknown entity" warning wouldn't be logged.
