Skeleton horse chest is outdated

@unknown you accidentally set the resolution to Won't Fix, rather than Duplicate.

This issue isn't a duplicate. the bug you mentioned does not list the chest as one of the problems

It lists a bunch of issues with the textures, and only missed this minor one. This is the same problem (outdated texture) and the same solution (update it).
I already requested the skeleton horse chest be mentioned as well.

Do not just look at "is this mentioned", look at "is this part of the same issue".
