for the past month my screen while im playing weather its single player or mulitiplayer it will freeze up and ill still be moving around with my screen stuck were it was and i have 8Gb going in the game ive tried reinstalling all my mods tried lower the GB i use and putting better preformance in my game and nothing juts a frozen screen were i have to exit out of my game to leave so can you please figure out why my game is freezing up while im playing
