Repetitively Throwing Ender Pearls in One Direction May Cause Game to Crash

I was spamming ender pearls in creative mode (with cooldown) in one direction at approximately 45° just for fun and was teleporting everywhere, but at one point, the game froze, stopped responding, the world saved and the game immediately crashed with no crash report. I believe two teleports may have coincided at the exact same tick which could have been influenced by lag, but something invalid must have caused the game to crash, not very likely an overload of ender pearls.

How to Replicate
1. Open a World and Hold Down the Key to Throw Ender Pearls (Creative Mode)
2. Wait for Sometime...
3. ...Nuance the Experiment to See if There is Another Cause
