[MC-248762] You can't the see the "light block" and barriers icon while in second hand

When you hold the "light block" in your hand, it shows the light blocks around you, same thing with barriers, but when you hold in in your second hand, it doesnt show the icons, even if you place it with your second hand. Small bug, more of a enchancement bug, but still, bug.

Note: I am in a server. Didn't test in singleplayer but it is almost certain to have the same effect.
