When setting the NBT {Invulnerable;1b} the affetced mob can still be killed.

Cannot reproduce. Please provide a video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.

Creative mode bypasses thistag, it is invulnerable in survival/adventure.
