I remember that at one point you were not able to combine tools without the new grindstone block but that does not seem to be working anymore.
And if you are about to say this is "works as intended", then why does the grindstone have two slots instead of one since its only use now is grinding enchants and not combining tools.
Is there a way to disable those recipes with a datapack at least?
