Right-clicking a frog with a spawn egg doesn't spawn a tadpole

Tadpoles are separate entities from frogs so this would be a feature request and not a bug

Would it though? Tadpoles are basically the baby mob, so it would make sense, and is inconsistent with using spawn eggs on other adult mobs.

I suggest letting Mojang decide.
