Only one sculk vein drops when using a Silk Touch hoe on multiple in a single block space

Steps to reproduce

Place multiple sculk veins in the same block space and mine them with a Silk Touch hoe.

Observed behavior

Only one vein drops, no matter how many veins are placed in the same space.

Expected behavior

The amount of veins dropped should depend on how many veins are placed in the same space. This issue is very similar to MC-123140 (vines) and MC-212125 (glow lichen)
