Reinforcement zombies chase players in creative or spectator if summoned to target that player

Expected Behavior: Spectator players cannot affect the game, and creative players are not a target for mob aggression

 

Steps to Reproduce: 

  1. Use command from my previous post: /summon minecraft:drowned ~ ~ ~ {HandItems:[{id:trident,Count:1}],Attributes:[{Name:"zombie.spawn_reinforcements",Base:0f}],HandDropChances:[0f]}

  2. change gamemode to creative

  3. punch the drowned a few times

  4. notice zombies pathfinding to player

  5. change gamemode to spectator

  6. repeat step 4
