Spectator Mode vision in different modes

If you use spectator mode in water and then use the command /gamemode or press F3 + N, to switch to any other gamemode, then you will get the spectator mode vision in any gamemode.

I was unable to reproduce this issue. Please provide a screenshot with your debug screen (F3) enabled
