Wood items become logs if upgraded to modern versions

The bug

When the item forms of wood are upgraded to the latest version (currently 1.19.2), they become oak logs instead of their respective wood blocks.

How to reproduce

1. Create a world in release 1.3.2

2. Obtain wood items using the commands detailed below

3. Load the world in 1.19.2 or whatever the current version is

4. Locate those items

Example commands

Oak Wood:

/give [username] 17 64 12

Birch Wood:

/give [username] 17 64 14

Spruce Wood:

/give [username] 17 64 13

Jungle Wood:

/give [username] 17 64 15

Expected results

These items would remain as wood.

Actual results

They become logs.
