I had just switched the Gamemode and went into water, when in there EVERYTHING went white like the skin of a Ghast and you just looked across all the time and everything would be white I had to destroy the Source block to get out

By the way I wasn't using any Resource packs

Do you have a helmet/other armor with respiration on it? I think that high level respiration equipment can cause water to go white.
