Currently, after handing an allay an item to pick up, it receives the tag of CanPickUpLoot: 1b, allowing for it to equip armor and shields. This is likely unintentional behavior considering dolphins and foxes can pick up items without equipping items, and the armor does not render on an allay.
Steps to reproduce:
1. First try to equip armor onto an allay using a dispenser before handing an item
2. Notice the armor is not equipped
3. Hand the allay any item
4. Try to equip armor again onto the allay using a dispenser
5. Notice the armor has been equipped
