Allay Becomes Invincible When Holding an Item. I tried hitting it with netherite sword but it takes no damage.

Intended per the BEDROCK changelog; allays cannot be harmed by their owner. Java is in sync with bedrock on this. There's a separate report for creative not bypassing this.
