nether-traveling near to an overworld mansion causes memory leak / game freeze.

Issue: When walking through a nether portal to return to overworld near a mansion (can use mapping software or locate-command to find appropriate coordinates), the game will freeze. only a single chunk gets generated, and a memory leak occurs, quickly consuming over 2GB of ram. attempting to quit and save does nothing (will stall on saving-world screen); after 30 minutes, resolved to use taskmanager to force-quit out of world. but behavior persists (attempting to generate mansion after traveling through nether causes game to freeze on subsequent visits too.

Comments 2

Appears to be unrelated to teleporting, but more-related to the actual generation-logic affecting woodland mansions. As I took the long walk to the mansion area instead of using nether-travel and once the mansion started to appear, the game engine appears to just STOP.
Its as if the game engine stops "ticking". so things like damage aren't calculated, chunk updates stop, player interactions with blocks fail, commands don't get processed, etc.
