The Bug:
Mangrove leaves can generate too far away from their trees' logs resulting in them sometimes being able to despawn.
Steps to Reproduce:
Set the "randomTickSpeed" gamerule to "0" in order to stop the process of leaves decaying.
/gamerule randomTickSpeed 0
Using bone meal and mangrove propagules, grow several mangrove trees a fair distance away from one another.
Face in the direction of the trees, watch the mangrove leaves closely, and set the "randomTickSpeed" gamerule to a high value in order to make leaves despawn at a noticeable and fast rate.
/gamerule randomTickSpeed 300
Take note as to whether or not mangrove leaves can generate too far away from their trees' logs resulting in them sometimes being able to despawn.
Observed Behavior:
Mangrove leaves can generate too far away from their trees' logs resulting in them sometimes being able to despawn.
Expected Behavior:
Mangrove leaves would not be able to generate too far away from their trees' logs.

This also causes constant lag spikes because the leaves block might be supporting a vine, and when the leaves despawn the vines all break at the same time.

Causes a ton of Jungle biome-esc lag, really needs a fix.
