all boots /enchant swift_sneak doesn't work

Works As Intended

When holding any type of boots and typing /enchant @s minecraft:swift_sneak [1-3] it says "[Type] Boots cannot support that enchantment"

This enchantment is changed to be enchanted on leggings,lol

This is intended; see the [22w12a snapshot blog post], section Swift Sneak:

It is the first enchantment unique to leggings equipment!
