i started a normal SSP world and build my house i found random blocks of dirt that have a little bit of water on it
i tried this on about 10 seeds but only 1 worked

this water randomly "pops up" every now and then
and this is a group of islands near the sea
directly at spawn
also it popped up at the highest place of the island.
and i could just walk on top of it
it did gave the same effect as when walking in low water but i could clearly see dirt
and when i digged next to it nothing happened
it was like farmland with a little layer of water on it

Look at my screenshot. The area is completely differen from your screenshot, so either the seed or the coordinates are wrong.
Normal world generation. See the water just to the right in the screenshot? That's where your little pool came from. This usually happens when a River biome passes through another biome whose altitude at that spot happens to be at y=62 while the others around it are at y=63. I have seen this happen in deserts as well.
