Wandering trader doesn't trade mangrove propagule

This sounds like a feature request to me: do you have a source that Wandering Traders should sell mangrove propagules?

I can confirm this behavior, although this may be considered a feature request. Just to elaborate here, wandering traders offer all kinds of saplings but not mangrove propagules, therefore introducing an inconsistency.
