I put a sculk block whit a sculk catalyst and i kill so many zombies in two ways, one by fall damage and another by killing by myself, and any way blocks does not drop enought experience when you break whit not silk touch hoe, only 2 points.

But i have the two blocks whithout any block near, in order to not spread, and take all the experience breaking only one sculk block, it could be i underestand not well the sculk mecanism.
The sculk catalyst is not a block that stores experience then gives it back when broken like a furnace.

When a mob dies near a Sculk Catalyst, some unknown process seems to consume blocks beneath and turn them into Sculk blocks
Sculk charge when spreading will have a chance to grow certain blocks, like Sculk Sensors on top of it, consuming its charge.
If you think we have misread your report, edit it or create another one with more information.
The sculk spreads by how much exp would be gained not by putting exp in the block so there is no issue here
