Wax Off advancement description use wrong block name

The Wax Off advancement description is: "Scrape Wax off of a Copper block!"

The actual name of the block is "Block of Copper". Even if it's written "copper_block" in the game codes, the word "block" isn't capitalized.

I think that the core issue here is actually MC-226484. It shows that the intended behaviour is for the description to just say "copper", meaning that this issue would be redundant.
