The Bug:

Players sometimes get stuck on the "Loading terrain..." screen after switching dimensions whilst dead.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Construct and open the end portal.

• Fly up high directly above it and run "/kill" as you're falling.

• Watch closely as you switch dimensions.

• Take note as to whether or not players get stuck on the "Loading terrain..." screen after switching dimensions whilst dead.

Observed Behavior:

Players get stuck on the "Loading terrain..." screen.

Expected Behavior:

Players would not get stuck on the "Loading terrain..." screen.
