[MC-250405] Spawning the Warden with a held item automatically begins digging underground

When spawning the Warden with any item in version 22w16b using the following command: /summon minecraft:warden~~~{HandItems[{id:"minecraft:stone",Count:1}]}

This command works with any item, not just stone.
