[MC-250526] wither targeting entity from under water causes world corruption and game crash

all I was doing was testing out the sculk catalyst and spawned in a wither under water and I'm guessing it tried targeting a nearby entity and caused the game to crash... upon trying to rejoin the world the game crashed again
